Cottages guest reviews

2015
Hi Lucy,
Just a short note to say thanks for letting us rent your cottage in Salcombe. It felt like our second home with all the mod cons you could need with the added bonus of no mobile phone signal. We had a really fab time and picked the right week weather wise. Already thinking about booking both 1 and 2 next year.
Regards
Anthony (July 2015)

Dear Lucy,
Just to let you know that we had a fantastic week at the cottage in Salcombe, the children liked it as well! We have spent a lot of time on the beach, took the ferry, could literally hear the waves from our bedroom at night;)
Hopefully coming back some time,
Florine (May 2015)

We really enjoyed our stay in what is a great cottage in a fabulous location and we were so lucky with the weather! We have got the bug now and were thinking of booking a week next year – please advise of May spring bank holiday availability 2011.

Thank you so much for letting us have the cottage again this year. The weather was lovely and we all had a great week. Everything was fine and I think I have even got to grips with the recycling (at last !!). Oh and the cottage was as always, immaculate :-)
Please pencil us in for next year ( same May spring bank holiday week) when you open the diary for 2011. Thank you again

Thank you for a lovely stay in a beautiful cottage.

Thank you for letting us use the cottage at short notice. A perfect couple of days here. Wonderful coastal walks, esp. from Prawle Point to Shag Rock… too cold for us to swim though! The weather has been sensational. We hope to come back next time we’re in the UK.

Fantastic weather, swam in the sea twice, v. good meal at Dick & Wills. Lovely cottage, hope to come back next year

No mah-jong or postman pat, but the tail end of a hurricane to amuse us! Great walks, lovely swimming, brilliant crab and a sneaky beer in the Ferry Inn! Thanks so much xxx

The perfect long weekend. Next time we will stay for a whole week. See you soon

We had a lovely week at No.2 Moult Farm Cottages with beautiful hot sun pretty much the whole time. We did make use of the many beds with teething babies and tired husbands! Thank you very much.

Excellent holiday, wonderful location – the beach is so close. The children loved it all. We will definitely be back. Thankyou x.

Had a great time. Loved being right next to the beach. Particularly enjoyed the watersports at South Sands (Kayak/paddle board), making truffles at the Salcombe Chocolate Academy and walking the coastal path - Bolt Head/Soar Mill Cove. Love to return soon, many thanks – great house x

Good holiday location. Very good for the ‘Kids Chocolate Academy’ in town – worth visiting. Great meals at the Victoria Inn in Salcombe. Will come again.

It is a beautiful cottage and location – just what we need
Carys & Jim, London, Sept 2008

We loved the cottages, they are so charming and well equipped; as well as being so close to the beach – ideal for ‘bucket and spading’ with the three grandchildren all under four!

The cottage was lovely and although we have stayed in and around Salcombe many times before, we love North Sands and it was fantastic to be so close to the beach. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

My husband George and I booked No.1 Moult Farm Cottages this year in June and had a fab time with our two boys. We were wondering if both cottages were available to rent next June (preferably late June) as we would love to come again with some friends (another couple and their two children)
